• Advise on financial reporting implications for M&A, group restructuring, and finance transformation projects.
• Deliver GAAP conversion solutions and resolve topical technical accounting queries.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advisory service capabilities.
• Manage and deliver projects under stringent deadlines with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Utilize MS Office tools and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) in daily operations.

• Strong domain knowledge and technical expertise in accounting frameworks (IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP).
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting and compliance processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in IT systems and ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
