Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance complex software features across the full software lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and offering managers in a dynamic, global environment.
- Focus on user interface development using ReactJS, adhering to design systems and testing patterns.
- Participate in project planning, tracking, and execution.
- Deliver high-quality code while improving existing product capabilities.
- Apply security best practices and support CI/CD processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, JavaEE, Python, ReactJS, HTML, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with middleware and application servers: tWAS, WebLogic, Liberty.
- Experience with databases: DB2, MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of authentication protocols: LDAP, OIDC/OAuth/SSO.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools: Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory.
- Comfortable in Linux/Windows environments, with Docker/Kubernetes experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, HTTP, JSON, XML.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and dynamic project requirements.
