Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement highly scalable and highly available AEM solutions.
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions, including web frontend implementations in AEM templates.
- Implement Headless CMS designs using GraphQL with React/Angular frameworks.
- Independently develop and deliver high-quality, clean, reusable, and testable code.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and provide guidance on complex coding tasks.
- Continuously adopt latest technology trends to improve solution design and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Hands-on experience with AEM OnPrem 6.5.x and AEM Cloud Service.
- Strong understanding of content management solution design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Headless CMS frameworks, GraphQL, React/Angular, and web frontend development.
- Independent problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AEM Core Technologies: OSGI Services, Apache Sling, Granite Framework, Java Content Repository API.
- Proficient in Java 8+, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with coding best practices and design patterns to deliver maintainable and high-quality code.
- Agile methodology experience and ability to mentor junior developers.
