Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of open-source applications using Python, Spark, Django, and Flask.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution, and execution.
- Implement well-designed, high-performance server-side applications.
- Ensure code is structured, reusable, clean, and testable.
- Continuously improve solutions through testing, feedback, and agile methodologies.
- Research and apply latest technology trends to build innovative solutions and add business value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–8 years overall IT experience with minimum 4 years in Python development.
- Strong expertise in Python, Spark, Django, Flask, and API frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database design and ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Python threading functions and application performance optimization.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with agile development frameworks.
- Ability to mentor and train team members on technical and procedural topics.
- Exposure to open-source technologies and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
