Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Retirement Benefits
- Support payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Assist in retirement benefit operations, including documentation and settlements.
- Maintain MIS on open items for the Payroll / Retirement Benefits team.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Universal Account Number (UAN) provisions under the Provident Fund Act.
- Maintain proper documentation of nomination forms for new joinees and assist submission to RPFC.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and other monthly obligations.
- Assist in statutory compliance reporting for payroll and retirement benefits.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate and send MIS reports on payroll and retirement benefits activities.
- Maintain accurate records to support audits and internal reviews.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of payroll, retirement benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of Provident Fund regulations, RPFC submissions, and UAN provisions.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within corporate finance and HR teams.
- Attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com, BBA, BMS).
- Marks Requirement: Minimum 50% marks throughout education without backlogs.
- Experience: 1–3 years in payroll, statutory compliance, or accounts operations.
