Housekeeping Operations
- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces.
- Ensure guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk promptly.
- Coordinate with Engineering on guestroom maintenance needs.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, uniforms, and cleaning products.
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality, and compliance with brand standards.
Departmental Cost Management
- Assist in managing departmental budgets and controllable expenses.
- Understand and monitor the financial impact of operations on overall property goals.
- Help achieve or exceed budgeted goals by effectively managing staff and resources.
Guest Satisfaction & Service Excellence
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Empower team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings emphasizing continuous improvement.
Human Resources & Team Management
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to housekeeping staff.
- Participate in hiring, orientation, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with property policies, disciplinary procedures, and SOPs.
- Maintain staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.

- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures in hospitality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping is an advantage.
