- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests.
- Fill and transport housekeeping carts with supplies to assigned areas.
- Enter guest rooms following proper vacancy procedures and replace amenities.
- Make beds, fold terry, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and room service items.
- Ensure all appliances are present and in working order.
- Straighten furniture, desks, and appliances; dust, polish, and remove marks.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
- Follow safety and security protocols; report hazards, maintenance needs, or incidents.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects ≤25 lbs independently; >25 lbs with assistance.
- Operate housekeeping equipment over uneven surfaces; stand, walk, kneel, or sit for extended periods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
