🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
- Fill and transport housekeeping carts with supplies to assigned areas.
- Enter guest rooms following proper vacancy and access procedures.
- Replace guest amenities, dirty linens, and terry with clean items.
- Make beds, fold terry, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and room service items.
- Ensure all appliances are present and in working order in guest rooms.
- Straighten furniture, desk items, and appliances; dust, polish, and remove marks.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care in guest rooms and hallways.
- Follow safety and security policies; report hazards, maintenance issues, or accidents.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality.
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects ≤25 pounds independently; >25 pounds with assistance.
- Push and pull loaded carts over uneven surfaces.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across the work shift.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
