- Fill housekeeping cart with supplies and transport to assigned areas.
- Access guest rooms following proper vacancy and entry procedures.
- Replace guest amenities, clean bathrooms, and change bed linens and terry.
- Make beds, fold terry, and remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
- Ensure all appliances are present and in working order in guest rooms.
- Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances; dust, polish, and remove marks.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
- Follow safety and security policies; report maintenance needs, accidents, or hazards.
- Maintain professional appearance and proper uniform standards.
- Greet and acknowledge guests per company standards; assist guests with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively in clear and professional language.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service and quality goals.
- Move, lift, carry objects ≤25 pounds independently; ≥25 pounds with assistance.
- Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over sloping and uneven surfaces.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
