- Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers) safely and effectively.
- Prepare both hot and cold food items with a strong focus on presentation and consistency.
- Test food items to ensure proper cooking and flavor quality.
- Set up and break down kitchen workstations following hygiene and safety protocols.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen surfaces, utensils, knives, and equipment regularly.
- Monitor the correct temperature of appliances and food items to ensure food safety compliance.
- Serve food in proper portions on designated receptacles.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service team members to meet service goals.
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies, report any unsafe conditions or accidents.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Perform additional duties as required by Supervisors.
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a culinary or food service role.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and hygiene standards.
- No supervisory experience or certification required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
