Key Responsibilities
Personalized Guest Service
- Deliver beverages and amenities upon guest request.
- Prepare notes for new arrivals and communicate guest preferences across departments.
- Escort VIP guests to rooms and anticipate their needs during check-in.
- Coordinate with Guest Services, Front Desk, and Engineering for timely service.
- Manage guest laundry requests, ensuring prompt pick-up and delivery.
Operational Support
- Complete Butler flags in the hotel’s system for reservations, sales, and other departments.
- Send pre-arrival emails to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain professional appearance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle accidents, unsafe work conditions, and report to management promptly.
Communication & Teamwork
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Speak clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Answer telephones courteously and prepare written communications accurately.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Physical & Workplace Requirements
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
- Uphold quality assurance standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
