Key Responsibilities
Guest Room & Public Area Care
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain high-quality housekeeping standards.
- Transport and manage housekeeping carts filled with supplies to assigned areas.
- Enter guest rooms safely, ensuring room vacancy before entry.
- Replace guest amenities, linens, and towels with clean items.
- Make beds, fold linens, clean bathrooms, and remove trash.
- Check that room appliances are functional and all items are in place.
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from furnishings and walls.
- Vacuum carpets and perform other floor care duties.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow Marriott International’s safety and security policies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Properly store flammable materials and adhere to company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and guest data.
Physical & Operational Duties
- Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over sloped or uneven surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 25 lbs independently and heavier with assistance.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, stoop, and manipulate objects requiring hand-eye coordination.
- Perform additional housekeeping duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications
