Key Responsibilities
Guest Environment & Housekeeping
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and provide prompt service.
- Ensure rooms and public areas are stocked, organized, and cleaned according to Marriott standards.
- Perform daily tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing amenities.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment following safety guidelines.
- Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and guests.
Physical & Operational Duties
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently.
- Complete other reasonable housekeeping tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Skills & Competencies
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional communication and guest service skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
- Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties throughout the day.
Qualifications
