Key Responsibilities
Security & Safety Operations
- Patrol all hotel areas and secure rooms, entrances, and restricted zones.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to detect and respond to incidents.
- Conduct emergency drills, hazard inspections, and safety audits.
- Respond to accidents, administer first aid/CPR, and contact EMS when necessary.
- Handle disturbances, resolve conflicts, and escort unwelcome individuals from property.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including alcoholic beverage control laws.
- Document incidents accurately and maintain confidentiality of reports.
Guest & Employee Support
- Assist guests with room access and emergency situations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests.
- Provide support during incidents, ensuring guest and employee safety.
- Serve as a role model for workplace behavior, professionalism, and the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
Team Leadership & Management Support
- Train, motivate, and coach security staff to maintain high performance.
- Support management in enforcing safety protocols and operational standards.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and quality expectations.
- Assist in maintaining uniforms, equipment, and operational readiness.
Physical & Operational Requirements
- Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs independently, and heavier with assistance.
- Navigate uneven, slippery, or elevated surfaces, stairs, and ramps.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; respond quickly to work situations.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and areas for hazards or defects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of security operations, loss prevention, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills to defuse conflicts and handle incidents effectively.

Qualifications
