- Respond promptly to guest repair requests and maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen, mechanical, and other hotel equipment.
- Visually inspect tools, machines, and equipment; perform basic repairs.
- Maintain inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Carry out surface preparation, painting, minor drywall, and wood trim repair.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.
- Program TVs, maintain housekeeping and engineering-related inventory.
- Operate tools safely using Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Maintain exterior and interior landscaping, including sprinkler systems.
- Display basic computer skills for equipment schedules and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and guest service expectations.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
