- Set up and break down workstations; serve food in proper portions.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Verify appliance and food temperatures to meet safety standards.
Safety & Company Compliance
- Follow all Marriott safety, security, and hygiene policies.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
Teamwork & Operational Support
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.

Physical & Operational Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
