Security & Safety Operations

• Patrol hotel premises and secure guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key control audits.
• Respond to accidents, medical emergencies, and safety incidents; administer first aid/CPR as needed.
• Handle disturbances, complaints, and unwelcome persons according to hotel policies and legal guidelines.

Guest & Employee Safety Support

• Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, ensuring safety and calm response.
• Enforce compliance with local laws, including alcoholic beverage control regulations.
• Gather information and complete accurate incident reports; maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Support management in training, motivating, and coaching security staff.
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Foster positive working relationships and ensure team adherence to hotel standards.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and Marriott International guidelines.
• Visually inspect equipment, tools, and property to identify hazards or defects.
• Perform regular security and safety documentation, reporting, and data entry.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in safety standards.
