- Prepare fresh garnishes and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Transport supplies efficiently to the bar setup area.
- Wash soiled glassware and remove used wares from bar top and tables.
- Anticipate replenishment needs and communicate accordingly.
- Process all forms of payments accurately.
- Manage cashier responsibilities: counting bank, completing reports, resolving discrepancies, and securing receipts.
- Ensure safe storage of liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages.
- Perform closing duties and maintain bar security.
