📋 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Food & Beverage costs and implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and projections for F&B performance trends.
- Conduct weekly meetings to update directors and department heads on financial performance.
- Plan and direct corrective actions to address activities harmful to departmental profitability.
- Act as a business partner to F&B and finance teams to support operational and financial goals.
- Participate in finance training and development programs to upskill team members.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, policies, regulations, and Hilton standards.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives within the EMEA Operations Finance framework.

- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data from multiple sources.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
- Ability to train and mentor team members in finance and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and adaptability to new financial software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels.
Preferred / Advantageous:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in hospitality finance, cost control, or F&B management.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and reporting standards in the hotel industry.
