🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high housekeeping and laundry service standards per Hilton brand guidelines.
- Delegate and monitor daily activities of Housekeeping and Laundry team members.
- Ensure timely availability and release of guest rooms, coordinating with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Manage department controls such as master key releases, inventory logs, uniform tracking, and incident reporting.
- Monitor and fulfill guest preferences by reviewing CRM data daily.
- Organize special guest requests like flowers or embroidered linen for occasions (weddings, maternity, etc.).
- Handle Lost & Found documentation and monthly inventory audits.
- Ensure uniform cleanliness and repairs as needed.
- Facilitate the smooth traffic of documents and team member coordination.
- Manage guest laundry services, including daily release and monthly expense closures.
- Provide backup support as Laundry Attendant during absences or leave of others.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
