Strategic Procurement
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for car parking systems, including mechanical components, electrical systems, control units, and fabricated structures.
- Plan sourcing for high-value materials to optimize costs and quality.
Vendor Development & Management
- Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers for motors, PLCs, structural steel, lift systems, and other specialized components.
- Build long-term relationships with domestic and international vendors.
Negotiation & Cost Control
- Lead price negotiations and secure favorable payment terms.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Inventory & Lead Time Management
- Coordinate with planning and production teams to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines.
- Reduce lead times and avoid project delays through proactive inventory management.
Quality & Compliance
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to ensure supplier adherence to technical specifications, ISO, CE certifications.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and external regulations.
Contract Management
- Draft and manage contracts with clarity on delivery schedules, penalties, and performance clauses.
- Ensure all supplier agreements are compliant and enforceable.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of buyers and procurement executives.
- Drive accountability, process discipline, and performance tracking.
ERP & Reporting
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for order tracking, inventory control, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Prepare regular procurement and vendor performance reports for management review.
