✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage software deployments using SCCM, Intune, and Munki.
• Create and manage collections, groups, and application packages.
• Monitor and report on SCCM and Intune deployment health.
• Perform regular cleanup tasks to maintain system efficiency.
• Publish applications in Windows and Mac stores.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Owners, and Deployment Managers.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and coordinate remediation.
• Provide operational support for Autopilot and application bundles.
• Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure and end-user processes.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.

💡 Essential Skills & Expertise

• Proficient in SCCM, Intune, Munki, Nexthink, Autopilot, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Good understanding of Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, and Functional IT.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with deployment reporting and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and standards.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline – OR equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Professional services industry experience is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications and ITIL Foundation certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
