As a Manager in Supply Chain & Network Operations, you will drive end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementation, migration, and integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead full lifecycle Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular status updates, progress reviews, and manage escalations effectively.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and deliver solution presentations.
• Drive user adoption through strategic communication, training sessions, and change management initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including functional experts, technical specialists, testing, and support staff.
• Monitor task progress, optimize resource utilization, and ensure high team performance.

PLM & Teamcenter Expertise

• Oversee the implementation of core Teamcenter modules including BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Classification, MPP, Schedule Manager, and Teamcenter Quality.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customization, configuration, BMIDE updates, CAD integration (NX, CATIA, Creo), and data migrations.

Integration Oversight

• Manage integrations of Teamcenter with enterprise systems like ERP (SAP), MES (Opcenter), and CAD tools.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and data consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 12+ years of PLM experience with at least 3 years focused on Teamcenter project management.
• Deep understanding of Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) and core PLM modules.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum highly preferred.
• Industry experience in aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery, or life sciences is a strong advantage.

Desirable Skills

• Proven experience managing multi-vendor environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Exposure to Teamcenter SaaS, Active Workspace, and cloud deployments.
