Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations.
- Conduct trend and variance analysis to support accurate financial reporting.
- Manage complex intercompany reconciliations and transaction validations.
Invoice to Pay (ITP) Process Support
- Review and validate payment transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain internal controls including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation.
- Identify root causes of issues and recommend effective solutions.
Collaboration & Communication
- Provide technical accounting guidance to various functional teams.
- Lead and participate in accounting projects and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external customers, and data providers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 7 years of professional accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
- Proven expertise in Invoice to Pay (ITP) processes preferred.
- Proficient in SAP accounting modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in US shifts.
