Responsibilities
As an E-Learning Module Developer at Ford, you will:
- Design, develop, and support e-learning content for accounting, soft skills, and business continuity training programs.
- Collaborate with the accounting and L&D teams to create engaging upskilling modules and self-help videos.
- Manage iERP process videos: screen recording, testing, LMS integration, and final certification workflows.
- Edit and update training videos to comply with GIS and process changes.
- Support knowledge transfer for video creation, troubleshooting, and editing within the Learning & Development team.
- Develop creative video content using industry-standard tools to enhance training effectiveness and learner engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with e-learning development tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Effects, and other multimedia software.
- Proven ability to create compelling video-based training modules and e-learning content.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing e-learning projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with LMS platforms and pathway-based learning development is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for video and content issues based on business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
