Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate recording, elimination, and reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, guaranteeing timely financial report delivery.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure financial report accuracy.
• Generate and analyze detailed financial reports to provide key business insights.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Prepare and consolidate management reports and business unit submissions.
• Conduct in-depth financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Handle ad hoc management reporting requests and performance metric analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting accuracy and insight.

Project Accounting & Reporting

• Perform project cash reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Execute Integrated Financial and Cost Accounting (IFCA) transactions timely.
• Allocate project costs accurately and prepare compliant financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance project accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2-12 years’ experience in financial accounting, FP&A, or project accounting roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle R12 and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous.
