Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Execution

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers across multiple finance transformation streams.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues with mitigation strategies to leadership.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and prepare leadership reports to ensure transparency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the central coordination point between Project Controlling, FP&A, Pricing, and Project Accounting teams.
  • Align deliverables, dependencies, and priorities across different functions and global locations.
  • Support the integration of finance processes with broader business operations and technology platforms.

Storytelling & Executive Communication

  • Translate complex project data into compelling, clear narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create impactful presentations (PowerPoint decks) highlighting project status, risk factors, and strategic insights.
  • Assist leadership in preparing governance forums, business reviews, and transformation progress updates.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking project KPIs, financial metrics, and resource utilization.
  • Consolidate data-driven insights for effective leadership decision-making.

Process & Documentation Management

  • Manage comprehensive project documentation including project charters, business cases, SOPs, and change logs.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of PMO practices and templates.

Tool & System Enablement

  • Facilitate effective use of project management tools such as MS Project and finance systems like SAP, Anaplan.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to align tools with evolving project and business needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in project controlling, PMO, or project coordination roles within professional services or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of finance functions such as FP&A, pricing strategies, and project accounting.
  • Proficient with project management software (MS Project), MS Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint), and experience with SAP, Anaplan, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
