🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using best practices and modern tools.
• Configure and manage robotics process automation workflows aligned with core design principles for maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes and design effective automation and cloud-native solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues with deployed automation and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, test cases, and deployment procedures.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and process owners to capture “as-is” processes and develop future-state automation workflows.
• Apply knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and infrastructure as code.
• Support hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies to ensure seamless cloud integration and observability.

💡 Skills & Qualifications

• Cloud certifications such as Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio) and cloud-native observability tools.
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Experience working with hybrid cloud architectures and multi-cloud deployments.
• Ability to design automation workflows and troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Prior experience in consulting or technology transformation roles is a plus.
