🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, resilient hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-premise data centers with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP.
• Manage hybrid cloud environments, including cloud migration using tools like Azure Migrate, AWS MGN, Velostrata, and CloudEndure.
• Oversee on-premises data center operations: servers, SAN/NAS, VLANs, firewalls, and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and patching using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
• Monitor infrastructure health using tools like Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.
• Implement and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to meet hybrid infrastructure needs.
• Maintain technical documentation: runbooks, SOPs, migration plans, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Serve as a technical advisor for cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in hybrid cloud management and migration.
• Expertise with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong knowledge of on-premises technologies: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, BGP/MPLS networks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration tools and methodologies.
• Proficient scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders.
