Responsibilities
AI & Cross-Platform Integration
- Work on cross-platform AI solutions and ISV connectors to enhance the Microsoft ecosystem, enabling seamless AI scenarios across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to define product requirements for rapidly evolving technologies like LLMs and Copilot.
- Solve complex, ambiguous problems and play a key role in rapid prototyping, development, and debugging of core platform features.
Collaboration & Contribution
- Contribute to partner teams’ codebases as required, working collaboratively to meet platform needs and integrate new features.
- Iterate and experiment with groundbreaking ideas, and engage with diverse teams to drive innovation and scalability.
Platform Development
- Build and enhance cross-platform solutions that bridge gaps between various systems and enable unified user experiences across services like Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Focus on distributed systems, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the platform’s core components.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical software engineering, with expertise in C++, C#, Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience in cross-platform integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, with hands-on expertise in OAuth, OpenID Connect, and authentication protocols.
- Strong problem-solving, coding, rapid prototyping, and debugging skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear product requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of open APIs from ISVs such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and ADP.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, especially LLMs and Copilot.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating in cross-functional teams and a global environment.
