Responsibilities
Software Development & Optimization
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable software solutions for AI-driven platforms.
- Develop and refactor code for performance, maintainability, and effectiveness in an enterprise environment.
- Focus on performance improvements and ROI optimization while adhering to best practices in software engineering.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work across cross-functional teams to drive the technical direction, focusing on quality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Act as the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), ensuring the health and stability of systems through on-call monitoring and performance reviews.
Technical Guidance & Continuous Learning
- Mentor engineers and collaborate on the development of design documents for platform, services, and solutions.
- Drive best practices in software engineering and share your subject-matter expertise on product and feature development.
- Continuously seek out new technical solutions and trends that will improve product reliability, efficiency, and observability at scale.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 8+ years of software engineering experience, or Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong experience in building cloud-based infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize microservices and AI-driven applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance tuning, debugging, and refactoring code for large-scale systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for engineering excellence and improving software quality.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI technologies.
- Previous experience in building and managing high-availability systems with a focus on scalability and security.
