Responsibilities

Software Development & Design

• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-based solutions for AI-driven agent management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine feature requirements and design innovative solutions.
• Write efficient, reusable code for multi-tenant microservices and AI applications.
• Support product features by identifying dependencies and contributing to design documents.

Code Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Implement automated testing and integrate with continuous integration pipelines.
• Break down larger tasks into manageable components, providing accurate estimations.

Monitoring & System Reliability

• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring systems for degradation or downtime.
• Follow incident response procedures to restore services in case of issues.
• Continuously improve system performance and observability through proactive research and innovations.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products from idea to deployment.
• Maintain strong communication skills and collaborate with global teams across time zones.
• Contribute to the team’s culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering with coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable and efficient software solutions.

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience in AI technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• DevOps experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
