Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute large-scale retail and MSME lending transformation projects, focusing on loan origination, customer relationship management (CRM), and collections.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations on business strategy, customer experience (CX), and product innovation within the Indian financial services ecosystem.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies and process improvements.
- Manage agile projects, utilizing tools like Jira to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Support business development by contributing to RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership on lending and digital transformation trends.
- Analyze complex data to create actionable insights and detailed reports to support decision-making.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Indian financial services ecosystem, with prior experience working with banks and NBFCs.
- Proven expertise in loan origination systems, CRM, and collections in retail or MSME banking.
- Experience in business strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience enhancement.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments, preferably with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Degree from a Tier-1 college or B-School preferred.
- Self-starter attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
