Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development & Leadership
- Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Java Springboot full stack applications.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, including CxO-level executives, to exceed project expectations.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Configure and optimize robotic process automation (RPA) workflows using tools such as UI Path.
- Analyze existing business processes and translate requirements into efficient automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in robotics processes, ensuring smooth production operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate communication across multiple departments and clusters for project alignment.
- Prepare detailed documentation, test plans, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development, Springboot, SQL, and Angular frameworks.
- Proven expertise in full stack software development with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with CxO-level stakeholders.
- Experience in the consumer durables industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as UI Path is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Work Location & Travel
- Base Location: Mumbai (Hybrid work model with flexible in-office and remote work).
- Occasional travel to client locations across India including Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad.
