🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain EHS management systems aligned with IMS and EHS manuals.
- Identify and deliver EHS training programs for employees, visitors, subcontractors, and workmen.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and legal safety requirements regularly.
- Conduct periodic site safety inspections; report findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate and improve site-level EHS performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organize safety awareness campaigns, competitions, and other workplace safety initiatives.
- Manage and support Site EHS Stewards to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate risk assessments with engineers; prepare and update Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Lead incident investigations, analyze trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive emergency preparedness and response plans on project sites.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly EHS performance reports to headquarters.
- Verify the quality and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety devices.

- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS&E) standards.
- Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency management.
- Proficiency in conducting safety audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.

- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of safety and compliance across multiple teams.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDISEM) or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in EHS management, preferably in power transmission or infrastructure projects.
