As the Deputy General Manager β Medical Services, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day medical operations across departments
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements

- Monitor key hospital metrics including bed occupancy, discharge efficiency, and clinical outcomes
- Drive initiatives for hospital quality accreditations (NABH, JCI)
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Support patient satisfaction, grievance redressal, and care coordination
- Lead internal audits, regulatory inspections, and reporting processes
