🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Practice Manager in Amazon ProServe India, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers.
• Oversee enterprise cloud transformation projects and ensure they meet technical, financial, and timeline goals.
• Define and implement innovative IT strategies and architecture roadmaps for customers.
• Support sales teams with opportunity scoping, proposal writing, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
• Manage practice P&L, team utilization, and delivery quality across multiple industries and geographies.
• Develop trusted relationships with Director and C-level executives, both internally and externally.
• Drive business development initiatives, contributing to growth across AWS ProServe’s India Delivery Team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS Sales, Partner Network (APN), and global consulting teams.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT or Management Consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading technical or delivery teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT transformation projects at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing models, SDLC, Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, financial management, and team development skills.
• Proven success in navigating C-level stakeholder relationships and aligning business outcomes.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Professional-level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Pro).
• Advanced degree in Technology or Business Management.
• Experience in resource management, practice utilization tracking, and team optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and digital transformation strategies.
• Strong presentation, proposal development, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience delivering cloud projects for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries.
