🧩 Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure & Resiliency, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading global, cross-functional IT programs focused on cloud computing, infrastructure resilience, and workload services.
  • Driving development and implementation of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP).
  • Managing seamless DR plan integration across AWS, Azure, SaaS, and on-premise environments.
  • Establishing KPIs and SLAs to track service delivery and workload performance.
  • Collaborating with IT operations, cloud architects, and security leaders to define failover, risk mitigation, and resilient system strategies.
  • Leading project governance with standardized methodologies and best practices.
  • Building and coordinating teams of internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex programs on time and within scope.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks, dependencies, and escalations across project lifecycles.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

Candidates should have:

  • 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in technical program management roles.
  • Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise DR planning, and resilient IT systems.
  • PMP certification or equivalent in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure), hybrid systems, and on-prem solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks: ISO 22301, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST.
  • Hands-on experience implementing KPIs and service metrics for program success.
