Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and commissioning of fire protection systems including:
- Fire hydrants, automatic sprinklers
- Addressable & conventional fire alarm systems
- Public address systems and gas-based fire suppression, ensuring adherence to NBC, NFPA, and FM standards.
- Manage plumbing systems design and installation including:
- Drainage systems (single stack, multi-stack)
- Water supply systems (hydro-pneumatic)
- Water bodies, irrigation, OWC, WTP, and STP installations, complying with NBC and local regulations.
- Oversee MEP project coordination with cross-functional teams ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections, site engineering checks, and technical reviews for MEP systems.
- Use AutoCAD and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and project presentations.
- Mentor and guide project teams fostering collaboration and maintaining safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations in project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
- Proven experience in managing MEP electrical and plumbing systems on large infrastructure or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection codes: NBC, NFPA, FM.
- Hands-on expertise with plumbing systems and water treatment processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
