Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, audits, and reviews across IT systems and networks.
- Evaluate governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Review and support ISMS implementation and security controls.
- Perform network security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, recommendations, and risk mitigation plans.
- Stay updated with latest cybersecurity threats, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in security assessment, network security, GRC, and ISMS audits.
- Proficiency in risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 20000, SABSA, and GSOC.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity auditing or review.
- At least one relevant certification: CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, OSCE, ISCP, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, SABSA, or GSOC.
- Willingness to adapt to dynamic security requirements and compliance standards.
