Deloitte India is seeking an Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with expertise in Anaplan to join the National Office’s Enabling Areas team in Mumbai. Primary Purpose
Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Deloitte South Asia’s national initiatives, providing insights that drive strategic execution and performance optimization. Support program management office (PMO) in tracking and reporting the success of high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis, mining, and preparation of management reports and presentations for leadership.
- Lead or assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives and priorities through PMO sprints.
- Collaborate with business PMO teams and Enabling Areas on annual planning, budgeting, and multiple projects.
- Develop detailed work plans, track key performance measures, and monitor progress across initiatives.
- Provide program management support, reporting updates to leadership for high-impact projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis using Anaplan.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple time-critical tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Results-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to dynamic business environments.
Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier business school with 4–5 years post-graduation experience.
- PMO experience within professional services, large IT/ITES firms, BFSI industry, or management consulting preferred.
