Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Conduct General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations across multi-country operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to the compliance calendar for timely book closure and reporting.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement lean solutions to enhance quality and compliance.
- Review transactions and reports prepared by the team for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Maintain progress dashboards and conduct review meetings with stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Foster collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Respond promptly to client queries and support internal project-related requests.

Qualifications & Experience
- CA, ACCA, CPA, or B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA with 3–6 years of accounting experience.
- 1–2 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate/group accounting processes, IFRS, and multi-country financial operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central.
