Key Responsibilities

- Maintain service quality, brand integrity, and client satisfaction across all projects.
Knowledge Management & Thought Leadership

Business Development & Client Management
- Manage client relationships and accounts, identifying new business opportunities.

- Meet business development targets through proactive engagement with new and existing clients.
Leadership & Team Mentorship
- Provide guidance and mentorship to senior managers and project teams.
