Role Overview
As a Senior Executive – Web Developer, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high-quality web applications for Deloitte’s digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, responsive, and accessible solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
- Implement state management solutions with Redux or Context API.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs efficiently.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through best coding practices.
- Manage version control using Git and participate in code reviews.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
- Work within Agile development teams, contributing to sprints and daily stand-ups.
- Implement testing strategies using Jest or React Testing Library.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and front-end frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Redux, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in React with TypeScript.
- Experience with Jest or React Testing Library for testing.
