Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned transport planning tasks within quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

- Support Transport Planning Win strategy and skills development initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Planning, Urban Planning, Transport Planning, or related field.
- 8+ years of post-graduate experience in transport planning, including project delivery and client engagement.
- UK Transport Policy experience, junction modelling (Linsig), and preliminary junction design (Autodesk).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-handling skills.
- Ability to design and interpret transport and travel surveys, forecast traffic impacts, and assess infrastructure requirements.
- Proven experience in winning and delivering transport planning projects, including team leadership and client interaction.
- Membership in a recognized professional institution.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Chartered status or equivalent from a related professional organization.
