Summary
Deloitte South Asia LLP is seeking a Forensic Crime Executive to join its Tip Offs Anonymous team in Delhi CEC / Gurugram. This role focuses on whistleblower management, forensic investigation support, and ethical compliance. As a Forensic & Financial Crime Executive, you will monitor and investigate reports of fraud, misconduct, or unethical behavior, ensuring confidentiality, accurate reporting, and client compliance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Forensic Crime Executive, you will:
Whistleblower Report Management
- Monitor and manage incoming whistleblower reports via hotline, email, and web portal.
- Conduct initial assessments to determine the nature, severity, and urgency of concerns.
- Ensure all reports are handled confidentially and ethically.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal teams and client review.
- Draft reports for escalation to supervisors and management.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with internal and client protocols.
Compliance & Awareness
- Ensure adherence to client-specific ethical and compliance guidelines.
- Assist in training programs and awareness initiatives related to whistleblower protection.
- Support process improvements and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to maintain a transparent, ethical, and accountable work environment.
- Assist with onboarding new clients to Tip Offs Anonymous services.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Preferred experience in call centers or customer service, though not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic tech tools for process management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Location & Work Model
- Base Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR)
- Primarily office-based with minimal travel required.
