Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager – AI/ML at Deloitte, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI/ML models and solutions.
- Develop and optimize predictive models, deep learning solutions, NLP frameworks, and generative AI applications.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, validation, mining, and visualization.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions in production using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Customize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for business use cases.
- Apply A/B testing frameworks and track model performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources including APIs, on-prem, and cloud-based systems.
- Design dashboards, algorithms, and data visualization tools to present business insights.
- Stay ahead of industry advancements in AI/ML, NLP, and tax technology consulting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML and advanced analytics.
- Master’s degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or MBA in Data Science/AI/Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, distributed computing.
- Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, Jupyter Notebooks, Tableau, Streamlit, Flask.
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML models to production.
- Strong storyboarding and communication skills to translate data insights into business impact.
