Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy for global early talent initiatives aligning with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the GT program team and stakeholders to implement early career talent vision.
- Design learning journeys for junior talent, supporting skill development, technology adoption, and retention.
- Lead regional council meetings to plan roles and manager assignments for junior talent.
- Organize engagement and alumni programs, fostering a strong community across regions.
- Support Junior Talent Managers to standardize program experiences and best practices.
- Act as a liaison for demand planning, role submission, and promotion cycles with GT program teams.
- Manage a portfolio of work, delivering strategic presentations and program updates for internal and external audiences.
- Navigate globally diverse virtual teams to implement strategic technology initiatives and operational improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Formal training or certification as a Technical Program Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of program delivery, operational change management, and portfolio management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work with senior leaders.
- Experience translating complex and ambiguous information into actionable plans.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams across seniority levels.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage professional development and ownership of projects/programs.
