Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for trade finance transactions.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in project management calls and support new deal implementations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process transactions within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Escalate issues promptly for timely resolution.
• Monitor and validate payment messages (MT103, MT202) and transaction details.
• Support reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Foster a positive work environment and contribute to continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree with 3+ years of experience in Trade Finance Operations – Structured Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Solutions Products, including Accounts Payables and Receivables.
• Proficiency in payments processes and transaction handling.
• Experience processing MT103 and MT202 payment messages accurately.
• Attention to detail for reconciliation and transaction validation.
• Strong control mindset to ensure compliance with operational standards.
