Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager – MIS and Financial Reporting, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs, operational metrics, and performance indicators.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automated insights for data-driven decision-making using Power BI and Excel.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial and MIS reporting data.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between business and development teams, ensuring proper data flow and integration.
- Perform financial modelling, ratio analysis, trend analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis for decision support.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS, and business analytics.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and modeling.
- Expertise in Power BI, Excel, and dashboarding.
- Understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and reporting provisions (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in financial operations, reporting automation, and process improvements.
